Course Description
This course allows students to study a variety of topics throughout the seven Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources pathways. Involvement in the Agriculture Education classroom and FFA will develop learning, interpersonal, and employment skills necessary to become valuable employees, leaders, and citizens. In addition to regular curriculum, students will learn to evaluate a site for suitability for crop production or home establishment, be introduced to the National FFA Organization, memorize the FFA Creed, utilize and implement parliamentary procedure, and develop the ability to identify weeds and crop and determine grain sample quality in preparation for participation in the Agronomy CDE.
