Course Description

Ag IV is designed to give students a background in the decision-making process, day-to-day management and production skills and financial management required to operate an agribusiness, farm, or ranch.   Students will learn to properly identify various range plants relevant to agriculture in South Dakota, discern the quality of given range sites, complete a project in the area of leadership, and complete instruction to prepare them for participation in the Farm Business Management CDE.
